Wed was a bummer. Started off with dad's upset belly and his super low energy level. Nina was going to head over in the morning, but dad was too tired for visitors and wanted to sleep. Dad made himself a lunch of scrambled eggs with a little green pepper in it with a bagel. He likes that for his afternoon lunch/snack during this chemo cycle.
Unfortunately, after lunch, we got the news that Aunt Carol lost her battle with cancer and passed away. This hit everyone very hard. We all loved her very much and will miss her. Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in her family.
Nina came over in the afternoon and my mom came home from work early to be with dad. I am still in New Jersey.
